Kids Off The Block's Community Basketball League!
In December KOB won the Championship at Abraham Lincoln
Center & took home 9 trophies. One of the trophies was for MVP
(Kenan Kent) age 15.
We are very proud of the young men who are participants in our
league. They are dedicated and enjoy the friendships made
during the season. Every year in May we start practice with over
42 youth. Curtis Elementary (Principal Dr. Brown) hosts some of
our practices and games. Citgo Gas station provides our youth
juices and water during game practice. We are grateful to the
community for supporting the basketball program.
To combat negative behavior, violence, and idle time, we provide
this avenue to give our youth a positive outlet. We, like them
enjoy and look forward to every season.
